Hi, I'm John, 37 years old, and I've been an enthusiastic inventor for as long as I can remember :) My vision is to one day make everyday life easier for many people with the Niwiwa® drying rack. For those who don't want to wait that long, there are fully functional prototypes available.
The Niwiwa® Basic prototype requires approx. 60% less floor space than a conventional drying rack.
The laundry is stored gently thanks to the large diameter of the laundry rods. (For optimal results, 1-2 rods should be left free next to thicker items of laundry - e.g. trousers, sweaters.)
Save yourself the hassle of searching and pulling laundry out of a laundry pile.
Dry your outfit on adjacent racks and remove it in one go to put it on.
The Niwiwa® Basic Prototype laundry holders are designed to be hung on clothes rails. Your clothes rail should have a load capacity of at least 25kg.

Very good. Hanging it in the cupboard is easy. Dismantling the clothes horse is also intuitive. Cool mechanism :)

You can hang large items of laundry using 2 rods.
If you don't have enough free laundry racks, you can transfer the laundry from a half-full laundry rack to another laundry rack.
The Niwiwa® Basic Prototype is not suitable for outdoor installation.
The plastic parts of the Niwiwa® Basic prototype are 3D printed and therefore have grooves. However, the grooves generally do not affect functionality.
Comfortable working height - You can load the laundry racks at a comfortable height and then hang them up in the actual position for drying.
Maximize capacity by hanging socks on the hardware holders.
A version of the Niwiwa® Basic prototype suitable for cabinets is currently being developed. Find out when this will be launched in the newsletter!
